FlowGenchi Establishment, CR No. 7054973404, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and direct business communications. For operational data in Flow hōjin, the subscribing organization ordinarily acts as controller and Flow acts as its SaaS processor under the subscription agreement and data-processing terms.
For enquiries and business relationships, Flow may hold professional contact details, correspondence, NDA or demo records, contracting and billing information, and limited website technical data. Flow does not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, profile people, or make automated decisions about them.
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the last exchange; contracting and billing records for 10 years after the contract; and website technical data for 12 months before deletion or anonymisation. NDA and demo records follow the confidentiality period and applicable legal limitation period.
Flow hōjin is a licensed SaaS service. Flow and approved service providers host and process customer operational data only to deliver, secure, maintain, back up and support the service under the agreed terms. The subscribing organization ordinarily acts as controller and Flow as processor. Data location, retention, authorised support access, subprocessors, export and deletion are defined in the subscription agreement and data-processing terms. Data entered into the public demo remains in the browser’s local storage and is not transmitted to Flow.
Flow does not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and does not use it for marketing without consent. Necessary sharing is limited to bound service providers, professional advisers, banks, and competent authorities. Any cross-border transfer uses the minimum necessary data and applicable Saudi safeguards.
You may ask to be informed, access or obtain a copy of your data, correct it, request destruction where no legal hold applies, or withdraw consent. Flow responds within 30 days and may extend once by up to 30 days with notice.
Controls include need-to-know access, multi-factor authentication, and encryption where supported, aligned with Saudi cybersecurity expectations. Qualifying breaches are reported to the competent authority within 72 hours, and affected people are notified without undue delay where serious harm is possible.
